General Questions

No, you're only charged based on the amount of time your helpers were at your home working. If they finish early, you aren't charged the full amount quoted. However, if they take more time, you will be charged.

Absolutely not! We wouldn't want pushy salespeople coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your move online website or our App. It takes about one minute.

Moving supplies aren't included by default. You can either rent our hard plastic containers or purchase supplies online with our program at Lowes. Lowes will deliver right to you home and you get a refund for what materials you do not use.

Scheduling Questions

We don't guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

It's completely up to you. If you're not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard. We strongly recommend for you to be home. We will not enter your home if there is not someone over the age of 18 there.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your helpers will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You are not charged until after the move has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your helpers were actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

No, you can cancel or reschedule service anytime without any penalties. You don't have to commit to any contracts.

Moving containers and furniture from one location to another.

Moving supplies aren't included by default. You must request.

We offer a range of services from local moves, long distance moves, container rentals, and moving supplies. All very with local office.

Normally two, but you can reqest more.

Absolutely. Our helpers go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house moving to work with us.
